Matt...good post. If we were all sitting around together talking, sharing
our opinions though they be strongly different, it would probably all be
fine. Emails are not particularly good when it comes to tone or inflection
are they? It is too easy to interpret a differing opinion as an attack on
the person even though it was never intended that way. (Unless of course
there is someone deliberately trying to cause trouble.) I think you are
right that Pelini's players love him and would take a bullet for him (just
an example). But so did those who played for Woody Hayes, Bobby Knight,
Nolan Richardson, etc. Now I am not putting Pelini in that kind of
notorious company, but I do see some similarities. And my prediction has
been and is...when Bo leaves Nebraska, if it isn't his idea, it will be
ugly. But it may change...he may change. Nobody hopes so more than me.
