[Husker] Huskers to open 2011 season with 1-AA Tennessee-Chattanooga

The hole at the start of the season has been filled with 1-AA Chattanooga on 
September 3rd.

The rest of the non-conference schedule is 9/10 Fresno State, 9/17 Washington, 
and 9/24 at Wyoming.

Considering the initial Nebraska schedule in the Big Ten, I'm fine with opening 
the season with a 1-AA opponent.
