Steve Sipple reporting on a conversation with Bubba Starling, who talks 
like he plans to be in Lincoln this fall. He indicates that Watson's 
situation will be a big factor in his decision. (The fact that he will 
likely be among the top picks in the MLB draft might also affect his 
thinking, but who knows?)
