I am not reading this as you do. An alternate interpretation is that BP is
on a recruiting trip and TO is getting a little tired of the World Herald.

I mean in the past month they have brought us the news that TM would never
take a snap at NU again, done a hammer job on the offensive coordinator,
etc. I would not be rushing to answer their calls. In fact, if something was
going on I would probably give it to another paper.
