These types of things are usually pretty clearly spelled out in coaches' contracts, and as such are dealt with pretty severely if violated. If in fact Miami has talked to Pelini, it could be that someone other than TO gave them permission, which would explain why TO said he didn't. All conjecture at this point.
I hear Martinez took a plane trip to Miami this morning, can anyone confirm that? ;-)
