Not to fan the flame, but I view that Pitt opening with a bit of fear if Bo would consider anyone other than UNL and THE OSU.
They have an AD that would probably love to make UNL uncomfortable by trying to hire Pelini. The salary and budget at Pitt should make them competitive. Add to it their geographic location in/by major metropolitan areas, plus closer to home for Pelini. And finally, is there an easier path to consistent BCS bowl games and potentially a MNC game than the AQ'ing Big East?

It actually might be better for Bo and his self-control if Carl moved on. It doesn't help him in that area knowing that he has a built-in support structure with his brother right there. Regardless of that, Carl can stay or go, it's no great impact on our program. If he goes, I wish him well and hope he gets something good. I don't see him as getting a head coach job in a major conference, but you never know.
