No, of course not.  Terrible decision, terrible play.  QBs are coached from age 8 that when you are running toward the sideline, you can throw straight down the field from where you are, you can throw outside toward the sideline you are running towards, but you can't throw back towards the middle of the field.  Not ever, never, do not do it.  Not Favre, not anybody. He's young, he's inexperienced, he lost his cool.  It was all bad from there.
