David, I think your comment is as stupid as the guy that wondered if NU would be better off losing to OU so we could have a better opponent in the bowl game.  I wonder how that worked out for him?

Nebraska should never accepted the invite.  Why play a team they beat before in regular season in a no account bowl?  Would have been better to just stay home.
