Watson should not have been calling plays where the kid was taking step drops, even though he clearly holds it WAY too long. There were a handful of sacks or near sacks where Martinez held the ball for 5-6 seconds, which is about 3 seconds too many.

The only stubbornness I would pin on him is keeping Watson. We have amazing player development on defense, but little skill position development on the offense. Add to that suspect play calling at times and I think it is time to find a new OC.
I haven't seen this type of consistent fumbling since Dan Alexanders (who I loved watching play for the most part).
