[Husker] Good Article on leaving the Big 12 (UNCLASSIFIED)

I don't understand this. If there was an investigation there was a report.

I went through this in the past six months. I called the police. They came
to my office and took my statement and listened to the threat (voice
message). They then filed a report and a copy was available for me the next
day.

Either they do things very different in Texas, or there is a report, or
there was nothing to investigate.
