Glenn,
You need to take off your scarlet colored glasses for a moment. While Mellinger went a bit overboard, some of what he stated is true.

The crazies who see a Big XII conspiracy behind every rock, who telephoned and emailed obscene comments and death threats to Dan Bebee, applaud Bo Pellini's boorish behavior, and have been acting like petulent children have tarnished the reputation of the University of Nebraska and its football program.

Other Big XII fans may not necessarily liked us but they did respect us. That seems to now be a thing of the past.
