Gabbert has faced some pretty bad pass defenses
Illinois:
102nd D in Pass Eff.
90th in Total D
88th in Scoring D

Bowling Green:
72nd D in Pass Eff.
88th in Total D
82nd in Scoring D

Furman:
92nd D in Pass Eff.
90th in Total D
96th in Scoring D

Nevada:
120th D in Pass Eff.
112th in Total D
109th in Scoring D

Averages:
97th in Pass Eff.
94th in Total D
94th in Scoring D

Just something to keep in mind. Plus, MU is like 17 points per game less
than they were last year at this point :)

Comparatively Lee:

Florida Atlantic:
112 in Pass Eff
111 in Total D
114 in Scoring D

Arkansas St:
104 in Pass Eff
68 in Total D
56 in Scoring D

Va Tech:
7 in Pass Eff
38 in Total D
28 in Scoring D

ULL:
98 in Pass Eff
84 in Total D
96 in Scoring D

Averages:
80 in Pass Eff
75 in Total D
74 in Scoring D Averages for Gabbert:
97th in Pass Eff.
94th in Total D
94th in Scoring D

Conclusion:
It actually looks like Gabbert and Lee are very similar vs inferior
opponents, and hopefully we'll do to Gabbert what V Tech was able to do to
Lee.

On another note, neither team has faced a team that is as proficient as the
other, though I think our pass defense (or just defense in general) is MUCH
better than MUs. I'd put our offenses on about the same level, IYAM.
