Hi all,

Thought I'd post this link to ESPN 360,
http://espn.go.com/broadband/espn360/channels?channel=3577604&, where it
looks like you can watch (or re-watch) just about any game that's been on
abc or any of the ESPNs. Access depends on your ISP. I streamed the S.
Carolina/Ole Miss game last night, and have been trying to work up the guts
to take another look at last week's tilt against V. Tech.

Having read all the discussion about the loss in Blacksburg, I have to say
that I think the crowd won the game in the end. The teams were more or less
evenly matched; one could even argue that--between the running game and the
D-line play--NU held an advantage. None of that seemed to matter, though,
when it came to the oft-mentioned sequence that began with a 1st and Goal
from the six and ended with a punt. As soon as we got into the red zone,
the crowd got *loud*. It seemed to me that our boys simply couldn't hear
each other, and they panicked. Though we held the lead for a good while
after that, the tide of momentum shifted in Va Tech's favor at that moment.
I don't know about y'all, but I've always been a fan of Frank Beamer and
have really enjoyed the games between the Hokies and the Huskers. Both were
painful losses, yes, but I'd take a hard-fought loss to a worthy opponent
over a blowout of an outmanned squad any day.

Best,
Alex Quinlan
