[Husker] Example from the rule book on incomplete TD Pass

I am not sure why it should have been reviewed - it was obvious that he did not hold onto the ball when he hit the turf - by rule it wasn't a catch 

The replay official should review plays in question - I would suspect the replay official was very confident the correct call was made. I
