I agree with you 100% Skylar. That is what bothered me the most. If its incomplete fine, but the fact that there wasnt even a review of the play is crazy.

In an interview yesterday Bo said neither he nor the booth had a good look
at the play and he asked the ref if it would be reviewed and the ref
replied, "He clearly bobbled the ball on the way down". Bo was upset about
that after he got a chance to watch the replay later because he obviously
didn't bobble the ball.
It's still moot, however as it was not a catch, but in that situation you'd
want them to at least take a look at it.
