[Husker] Unreal

Imagine my surprise when I looked down to sign my credit card receipt at the local sports bar and then looked up to see VT player sprinting to the end zone. My first thought was they were showing a replay from a past game or something, surely the defense couldn't have let someone get by them. My second thought was ?$%^&**&^^% (actually I think that was more than a thought, probably vocalized my feelings a little). I really thought for a second they might still hold them out of the end zone but alas, not to be. Blackshirts pretty well dominated for 59 minutes but didn't put it away when the offense couldn't hold the ball at the end.
I think Bo takes a look at this game and the blackshirts come out for practice this week. They certainly impressed me. And another question. How many times have you ever seen a team punt after having first and goal. Very weird sequence.

BTW, Brent Mushburger just gave kudos to referee Tom Walker (my old frat brother and golf teammate at Midland College) for a rules clarification in the UT - TT game. Way to go. Doc!

Tough one is right! As a fan, it's too a hard one to swallow. I feel badly
for the players and coaches. They had a good plan and executed it well!
