[Husker] Pride

I wasn't able to watch the game,  but listened to it on XM radio as I was driving East.

Comments about the broadcast (ACC crew).  
1.  Huskers broadcast is WAY better.  Never knew what was happening in the game.
2.  The key shaking was for "key 3rd downs"
3.  Although the crew were homers for VaT, they slobbered all over Suh.  Thought he was unbelievable and definitely a top 5 pick in the draft.

About the game.
First some positives.
1. Suh was fantastic
2. LBs were great
3. Incredible performance by the D overall.
4. Helo is much better than I have given him credit for. 

Now for the negatives
1.  Lee had a bad game.  Hope he can shake that off, or he will be replaced by Green...sooner, rather than later.
2.  What happened on the opening kickoff?  Glad that didn't happen again.
3.  Penalties were untimely and uncalled for.
4.  6 drives in (or near) the red zone with only 15 points to show for it.
5.  Sounded like (but with the poor announcers, hard to tell for sure) like the DB were getting torched all night, but Taylor just couldn't hit them...until the last drive.
6.  Too many dropped passes.

Some of the above can be attributed to poor game coaching.  If Lee was having a bad day, they should have tried some other things..e.g. a reverse...to take the heat off of Helu.  It also sounded like there were too many attempts to hit the TE's over the middle.  Since I couldn't see the game, I don't know if that is really true.

Still, I'm happy that the Huskers played as well as they did.  Hope that they get over it quickly and go on to crush the next two opponents.  I'd love to hang 60 on MU.
