Huskerpedia has lists of watch sites for the country.  Can't vouch for
any of them, but the list for Arizona is at this link:

Prescott is not mentioned specifically, but there are several in the
Phoenix and Tuscon areas.  And Gary Fead just mentioned the status of
getting the game in Arizona.
