[Husker] Where to watch the game in Montana/Wyoming

Hi all,

I'll be traveling this Friday/Saturday on my way to Billings Montana  
from Sioux City.  I'd like to plan a stop on Saturday so that I can  
watch the game.  I'm thinking Sheridan, Wyoming...the coverage map  
that indicates that Montana will not get the NU/Va. Tech game, but it  
looks like Wyoming will.  Does anyone know if:

a)  the ABC affiliate that covers Sheridan (or Buffalo Wyoming, or  
somewhere along I-90 from the South Dakota border to Montana) that  
will indeed carry the game?  The coverage map shows a line right on  
the border, so I'm not sure.

b) is there a sports bar or lounge anyone can recommend to watch the  
game in Sheridan, or Buffalo?
