Sounds like a sports bar should be in the plan.

Cool, unless I pony up for the Gameplan package I get to see USC &
Washington even though that game takes place 3 different time zones away
from me. AND, the ESPN2 game will be Arizona & Iowa, also about a 4 hour
plane flight away. There is ONE game Saturday involving 2 ranked teams
and of course it's not on here.

How are these things decided again? Unreal.

Just to confuse things even further, the Nebraska Athletic Department
just updated their Facebook page with the coverage map, and indicated
that you'll need ESPN GamePlan to watch NU/VT in much of the country.

http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=2593784&id=26738651698

"Those in the light blue region will be able to watch the game on their
local ABC
affiliate; those in the green (scheduled to receive Iowa/Arizona on ABC)
will be able to watch on ESPN2; and those in the
yellow (scheduled to receive USC/Washington on ABC) can watch on ESPN
Game Plan."

Now, did the athletic dpeartment get it wrong, or are the Big Ten/Pac
Ten areas being fed Iowa/Arizona as their ESPN2 game?

Hello All:

It is becoming increasingly obvious to me that people do not take time
to read the various posts (what few there are) to this list.

Earlier this morning at 6:33 AM Central Time I posted the following
statement:

"Regarding the Virginia Tech game, the game will be televised on ABC in
HD. This is a regional game that should show up in the ACC and Big XII
region primarily, other parts of the country though should receive the
game via ESPN2 if their ABC affiliate does not air the game locally.

Less than three hours later at 9:13 AM Central Time the following post
was made:

"The ABC page does show that the NU/VT game will be a reverse mirror
telecast. If your local ABC affiliate is not broadcasting the game, it
will be available on ESPN2."

I'm sorry folks but I get a little cranky when I post information and
then someone else posts the same thing as though it had never been
posted previously. List traffic here has slowed to a snails pace and I
wouldn't think it would be that difficult to read the posts that come to
the list and not repost the same thing, unless of course I have been
added to someone's junk mail list in which case I guess they wouldn't
have seen what I posted.

Oh well -

Gary Fead
