Gary you are just noticing this now? This has been happening on this
list (and almost every other list I've seen) for years now. I wouldn't
take it personal- you're input is certainly appreciated by those of us
not 'in the know' about things like this.

There are a number of reasons why people post duplicate info, but again,
there's no need to take it personally!

Hello All:

It is becoming increasingly obvious to me that people do not take time
to read the various posts (what few there are) to this list. 

Earlier this morning at 6:33 AM Central Time I posted the following
statement:

"Regarding the Virginia Tech game, the game will be televised on ABC in
HD. This is a regional game that should show up in the ACC and Big XII
region primarily, other parts of the country though should receive the
game via ESPN2 if their ABC affiliate does not air the game locally. 


Less than three hours later at 9:13 AM Central Time the following post
was made:

"The ABC page does show that the NU/VT game will be a reverse mirror
telecast.  If your local ABC affiliate is not broadcasting the game, it
will be available on ESPN2."


I'm sorry folks but I get a little cranky when I post information and
then someone else posts the same thing as though it had never been
posted previously. List traffic here has slowed to a snails pace and I
wouldn't think it would be that difficult to read the posts that come to
the list and not repost the same thing, unless of course I have been
added to someone's junk mail list in which case I guess they wouldn't
have seen what I posted.
