[Husker] Offense

I'm not sure that Watson is the problem. The play calling was there for the
game against ISU. In fact, the execution was there as well, as the Huskers
averaged nearly 6 yds/play and consistently drove the ball down the field at
will. The problem, to me, was two-fold.
1. Lack of concentration (e.g. most of the fumbles and dropped passes).
2. Lack of a QB that can quickly read the field, step into the pocket,
and hit the open receiver.
I'm hoping Pelini addresses the first problem by instilling a more
disciplined approach to practice and games.
The second problem is more difficult to address. Bench Lee and let Green
play? That's probably a step backward in the short term, but the long term
could pay dividends...assuming Green is any better. Lee shows flashes of
greatness, but also seems lost at times. Green is an unknown.
Anyway, I think the Huskers can right the ship. Still going to be a long
season, but I'm hoping for a turnaround starting next week.
