Right now, the only games I see that are closed are the Nebraska - Iowa State game and the North Texas - Troy game. Spreads are up but I think the over/unders are not up yet.

People sometimes think vegas odds are an indication of what the
bookies think about the probable outcome of a game. Untrue. Bookies
profit when the $ amounts bet on each side are equal, because
otherwise the bookies have to payoff the difference out of their own
pockets. Spreads are there to encourage equal betting on both sides of
a non-equal contest. If anything its a measure of the BETTORS' opinion
on the game, and even a single large wager can cause the line to
change even though nothing directly related to the teams has changed.
What I don't know is the meaning of 'no line'. Does this mean wagers
are not accepted at all?
