It seems to me that there are two versions of the wildcat formation out
there these days.  In one you pull the QB and use two running backs in the
backfield.  In the other the QB becomes a wide out.  (I think the advantage 
to the latter is that it keeps the personnel pretty much the same so you 
don't tip off the defense as quickly.)
