If it's true, I'm afraid he's used up this year's eligibility and 
cannot use 2009 as a redshirt year.

While this is certainly a blow to the team, I'm not convinced that 
it's fatal. We still have Mendoza and several others who have shown 
well in the Spring Game and practice.
