Good Evening All:

Before I continue let me state that this is just an opinion and in no way am I implying that there is any wrongdoing by any of the parties involved in this particular bankruptcy case.

Regarding the situation that Aaron Taylor finds himself in, I think before people starting sending him money a check with a bankruptcy attorney might be in order. I believe that in a bankruptcy (especially since this includes a personal bankruptcy) that the bankruptcy judge could potentially force monies acquired after the bankruptcy into the proceedings as well, especially since they are unearned funds.

It might be better if some other party is collecting and doing the bidding rather than Mr. Taylor, because I believe that the aggreived parties (the debtors in this case) could potentially bring up a whole new case against Mr. Taylor saying he was attempting to conceal funds etc.
