[Husker] Killer Instinct/Finishing

Sorry if this has been brought up - I haven't ready every message this weekend...

One thing that has concerned me this season is the Huskers' seeming inability to finish games/teams. It seems as if there is no killer instinct on this bunch - no ability to put the boot on the throat.

Virginia Tech was the first time I saw it. We had been imposing our will and then let it slip away on one big drive.

Baylor, Kansas, and yesterday at Colorado were the same way. We were able to get out to big leads and have control of a game - only to let the other team hang around and get back into the game.

Why is that? Is it the lack of offensive firepower?

Anyway, something I've been bothered by and wanted to get the list's take...
