So if I understand things correctly, my wife and I would be limited 
to a single vote if both attempts come from different computers in 
our NATed home LAN?

On the other hand, I should be able to vote twice per day with the 
same laptop, if one atttempt comes from my home LAN and the other 
from my work LAN.
