I'M NOT SURE- I JUST THINK MAYBE A BUNCH OF MONEY IS GOING FOR NEBRASKA

 

The second half of my response was addressing the fact that the line
started at a certain number, which is calculated by a WIDE variety of
factors, some of which I guarantee the average fan is not privy to.

The odds-makers DO NOT CARE who wins, all they want is for there to be
equal money

on both sides of the ledger, so that they make money on the game
regardless of who wins.
