We found the Jacksonville Riverwalks along the St. Johns River to be
very enjoyable. They have an interesting elevated train that runs
for short distances downtown, and we even got to see a bridge over
the river lift--up *close*, because we were crossing it on foot at
the time! The hotels near the stadium were all full by the time we
booked, so we stayed at a nice place in the beaches area on the
Atlantic coast. Kind of cool to see the ocean from your room, and
to walk on the beach in shirtsleeves in January.

Bingo! The game is the centerpiece of course, but I like to have
other attractions. In addition, when there are big ticket items
like riverwalks, it's really cool to mingle with thousands of fellow
COrnhusker fans.
I'm sure Dallas has attractions and don't mean to denigrate it. We
did enjoy seeing Daly Plaza, and the train from the host hotel to
the stadium area was a nice arrangement.
