Since this next game Saturday has an immense importance, and I'm not
hearing much chatter about it, I thought I'd throw out this projection
from NBC Sports.  You know, the Notre Dame Network.  How's that
workin' out for them?

Here they consider a Husker win over KState and loss to Texas in our
last two games.  Can you say....(shudder)... Cotton Bowl??

I mean, playing Mississippi would be great, but isn't there someplace
a bit more exciting we'd like to go?  Holiday Bowl (Stanford)?  Alamo
Bowl (Northwestern, Mike?)  Sun Bowl (USC)? We even have a tie in with
the Gator Bowl (Miami).  And in this scenario, why would we beat out
Oklahoma State for the #2 position?  Let 'em go to Arlington.

Hey, how about beating Texas and getting a BCS Bowl??
