He says he has done nothing inappropriate, it is the fault of the way the kids were brought up the previous 18 years before they got to him, and this is people looking for 15 minutes of fame (link provided below.)  The incident with the meter maid he says was a "conversation".  His words.  What other side of the story is coming?
