[Husker] Mangino apparently poked a player in the chest...

The radio talk shows are pegging a lot of this on his weight and how he treats people. 

Basically, Lew is looking to replace him with someone that is a "better" face of the program as he is looking to start another major capital campaign.

I don't understand the Mangino effort either unless he really is
unreasonably harsh with his players. The guy has Kansas football at
realistically the highest level it's going to reach - I mean, they were
favored to win the North this year. Think about how absurd that would have
sounded ten years ago.
