The referee announced the wrong pair of numbers on the chop block.  If  
you watch the replay on the ABC broadcast, you can see that actual  
chop block by a different pair of Huskers just to the left and upfield  
of the pair of linemen whose numbers were called by mistake.  One  
lineman chopped the pursuing Sooner low while the other pushed him  
from behind.  No other player from either team was involved in the  
contact.  It was clearly visible from my angle in the north stands and  
on the HuskerVision replay board which was also a long, low-angle shot  
from the defensive end zone.
