Not yet, but remember that Osborne was criticized heavily his first 10 years or
so on the job.  Some fans wanted him fired.  All that turned around when he went for 
2 in the Orange Bowl, I guess.  

Mack Brown had a pretty shakey start as a head coach at North Carolina, going
1-10 his first two seasons. 

Les Miles was 28-21 in his four seasons at Oklahoma State, I suspect Bo will be
better than 28-21 by the end of his 4th season at Nebraska.
