THE END RE: [Husker] Kansas State Preview Thread

Nick, Nick, Nick... It was all tongue in cheek. I was poking fun at myself
for stating us old folks should be shot. Never in my wildest dreams did I
think anyone would take that post seriously. I've always liked subtle
sarcasm. My co-workers and I thrived on it for years. Subtle sarcasm is
fun provided you don't get too personal. Guess I don't belong on this list.

I agree this thread is out of control. I should have known better than to
express my opinion in the first place. I'd forgotten that only a privileged
few enjoy that right. You'd think I'd learn from past experiences. (No
sarcasm intended in this paragraph).

All right, this stupid thread has gotten out of hand. It started out
as an analysis of the upcoming game with KState. It then morphed into
a bitch session on whether Pelini conducts himself properly on the
sidelines, and now we got one poster equating another's post to
advocating euthanizing old people, Stalin, Hitler and Mao. Get real.
This freakin' football, folks. Save the incendiaries for your
political blogs and lists where it seems to do some good. Not!

I'm hoping we put a big hurt on KState this Saturday night and that
the weather holds up for the game, I could care less if Bo's behavior
doesn't measure up to someone's supposed standards of sideline
behavior, and the complaint about people standing/not standing during
games is older than the internet. I'm going to delete any more posts
in this thread. I suggest others do to. But by all means, if you
wish to continue, be my guest. You don't need my permission.
