No question about it.  A guy with that kind of coaching and defensive talent is worth giving time to.  If he can learn to get his crazy under even minimal control, he is worth it.  I don't think anyone is asking the guy to be Tom Landry, it's just not in his nature.  But he either needs to act more like a leader or needs to win championships. In the near term, recruiting a quarterback would help everything!
