If Lee could hit wide open receivers, the Huskers would have put up a lot
more points yesterday. Several times, Paul had to come back for the ball
and make great catches. I also noticed the TE wide open downfield many
times, and Lee just didn't see him.
Lee is probably the best QB that the Huskers have right now, and he does a
very good job of managing the game. I don't know why they keep having him
run the option, though. He did have a few good runs, yesterday, but he
really isn't a runner. If Nebraska is going to shift back to the option,
then someone else should be in there.
Roy Helu had a monster game...I'd say the best of the year, and probably his
career as a Husker. He got the tough yards when he needed to, and he had
some huge gains at very opportune times. He gets the game ball for me.
What would the Huskers record be if he had been healthy all season?
