Also, Chris Brooks should be back.  The LJS reported him saying that
he could have played last week, but the coaches wanted to get him
fully recovered.

I think that the computer ratings affect betting and so affect the
line.  Most of the good computer ratings are on NU's side of the
line even at 5.5pts.
