I don't agree. The lack of concern has to do with no prior issues and this was relatively minor. Any other student at the university would not have made the paper with this incident - with Suh it is news because of his football status.

I would agree to your comments as well, Scott.  I was in WACO on Saturday, 
and when I got home I had (1) genuine draft beer.  I was very tired because 
my friend flew down from Omaha to OKC and we drove over to the game. I 
nearly tripped over our black cat, "weenie", slang for Halloween cat, 
shortly after I had that beer, and my wife didn't put me on suspension.
I do wonder what I would have been suspended from though.......:)

If the guy is 21 or older and the BAC is true and the team does not have a 
'no drinking' rule or similar in place, then this should be a non issue 
unless you are his mother and getting the car insurance bills.
