[Husker] Suh involved in Auto Accident

I would agree to your comments as well, Scott. I was in WACO on Saturday,
and when I got home I had (1) genuine draft beer. I was very tired because
my friend flew down from Omaha to OKC and we drove over to the game. I
nearly tripped over our black cat, "weenie", slang for Halloween cat,
shortly after I had that beer, and my wife didn't put me on suspension.
I do wonder what I would have been suspended from though.......:)

If the guy is 21 or older and the BAC is true and the team does not have a
'no drinking' rule or similar in place, then this should be a non issue
unless you are his mother and getting the car insurance bills.

Contrary to popular belief, you CAN have a beer or two and still legally
operate a motor vehicle, unless you are 60 lbs.

Yes, poor judgment, but EVERYONE is guilty of that from time to time.

Give me a break. The young man had a drink after the game and when driving
home swerved to miss an animal. Why should this deserve a suspension? He is
21 and I for one am glad he thinks an animal's life is worth saving.

A suspension would seem to be in order.

involved....

$10,000... a lot more trouble that most people would go to to save a small
animal. Also, I think this is the first time I've read about one of these
where the person *wasn't* drunk.
