[Husker] Phillip Dillard

I think he was healthy enough to play in the Gator bowl last year.  I'm not
sure but I think he only took a few snaps.  I think it has more to do with
some of those other guys impressing coaches.

Senior or freshman, scholarship or walk on, doesn't matter.  Everyone has an
equal opportunity at playing time.  That's the way it should be.  I love
it.  Competition breeds success.  Let the fire burn.
