Didn't he get into some sort of "airing of dirty laundry" in the media with his coach either at the end of the season or after he announced he was leaving? The new Miami coach Shannon has adopted a more disciplinary philosophy at Miami than has existed for the last 30 years and he implied Marve didn't conform to that very well.
 
I hope he goes to Purdue!
