Hi all,

I've got a guy I work with at NASA-Dryden in Southern California who  
was an F-4 pilot during the Vietnam War.  Last week he and I were  
talking flying and football and he mentioned that there was a guy that  
he had gone through flight training with in Pensacola in 1965 that had  
played football at NU named John M. Ried, Jr.(he wasn't sure whether  
the spelling of his friends last name was Ried or Reid), and that he  
had lost track of him after the war ended.  I offered to see if anyone  
here knew of Mr. Ried, or possibly how to establish contact with him.   
If you have any info, or remember anything about a John Ried playing  
for the Huskers in the 1961-64 time frame, I'd appreciate it.
