I dont mind paying $30 a game but I would like to see a quality oppponent. I am tired of 3 games against no name teams. I am thinking that the radio will be fine unless someone I know picks up the game.

At $30 a game ($360 for a 12 game season), I can happily ignore commercials. (Isn't that the time you either head to the refrigerator for refreshments or head to the bathroom to make room for refreshments anyway?)
And while I expect it to eventually change, most broadcast networks will televise games in HD while PPV is typically standard definition. (Now I just need to talk my wife into getting a dish... :-)
Pay-per-view is better than no television coverage, but I'd rather the games be played on a broadcast network or a cable provider.
