[Husker] Texas recruiting

I guess I am confused, what normal recruiting process would there be to morph back into. Would you not continue to recruit where the talent is?
Texas' program of 7 on 7 develops the skilled positions faster than anywhere else. So unless other states adopt the same practice, I really don't see why any school would not continue to recruit heavily in Texas.
