Winning the BTN next year will be difficult, given the playmakers who 
must be replaced and the difficult conference schedule, but certainly 
doable.

As to 2010, consider that the depth chart (as shown on Huskerpedia) 
includes only 10 juniors but 27 freshmen and sophomores, and that this 
year's freshmen (only one of whom - Dennard - is on the depth chart) 
will have two years in the system and a year of playing experience. And 
who knows what next year's recruits will have to offer after a year in 
the system?
