[Husker] NU/Missouri moved to a Thursday Night Kickoff

Thursday night is a great gig - national audience, no other games to compete with per se - provided, of course, that we show up!  I think we'd need to start worrying if we were slotted to play on a Tuesday night...(a la the Sunbelt conf)...

Saturday 10/3 to Thursday 10/8 for an 8 pm kickoff on ESPN.
