I also hear that David Oku, Rivals #1 all-purpose RB who is from
Oklahoma, was a verbal to Tennessee but has not sent in his LOI and is
having second thoughts. We were one of his five finalists, if I'm not
mistaken. While we seem to have a relatively strong group of returning
and newly-signed RB's, it would be hard to pass up the kind of talent
Oku represents, and of course it's nice to keep pulling kids from the
state of Oklahoma.

Taylor Martinez is/was the last to sign a LOI but he has personally reported to Scout that it has been sent to Nebraska. All of this is unofficial however.

Myles Wade, a 4* DT signed with Texas Tech, the second team he committed to. And JPP, a juco teammate of Kinnie who plays DE, has ended up signing with SFla after all (his committed school). Kinnie and the NU coaches had been pressuring him to change to NU and some thought it was a highly likely switch, but alas, not to be.

He is spending time with his uncle Lawrence Pete (ex NU DT) and has not signed with anyone so far today and is not expected to sign while on vacation. He MIGHT visit NU campus again while he is here, but will probably end up at Miami -- but who knows? Pessimists suggest Brown might bring as much baggage as skills to whatever school he signs with but again, this is all just rumor too.
