[Husker] Turner Gill - no win recruiting situation?

I was just on Rivals; Buffalo's got 9 recruits and only one has 3 stars (vs. 11 & 2 for Ohio U).

It's occuring to me that Turner just HAS to get out of there, or sign some 10 year extension to signal that he's more permanent.  

Otherwise he's ALWAYS got to do more with less - which isn't practical.  I am sure kids/opposing coaches must know he's likely to leave soon if things go well.  And - If he's 5 and 6 next year, suddenly, he's not so hot anymore. 

Maybe all this is obvious but it just kind of crystallized for me.  This is why the small school guys leave and why it's so hard for programs to rise up the ranks. 

Go Big Contract Extension (with exemption for Nebraska, of course).
